If This Blog Were a Stock

If this blog were a stock, based on this chart, would you buy it?

Here's a screen shot of the web traffic for this blog from 2011-2022

If all we knew about this "stock" were based on this chart, it shows that this blog has shown potential to reach a larger audience, but it's been in a state of decline and stagnation for many years now, and so although the possibility does exist that it could make a comeback, it would probably be a longshot. So personally I would probably pass on buying this stock right now. Though maybe it's one to watch, to keep on your radar, that perhaps if it showed signs of returning to an early 2011 pattern, of making a steady climb upward, while staying consistently above 1000, then maybe that would be the time to buy.

Here's the weird thing, I remember back in 2012 and 2013 when I started seeing a big increase in traffic. People were regularly leaving comments, even sending me emails, linking to my blog, sharing my posts on Twitter and Facebook, and I even found a couple of forums of people discussing my posts.

It was great to be read, and to receive positive feedback, and I always welcomed a good debate, but at the same time I felt kind of uncomfortable. Like, I didn't like being in the spotlight. I didn't like all the extra attention. It made me realize that I had no desire to be famous. And so, I thought to myself, what am I doing, do I want to be a popular blogger with a large audience, or do I want to have a blog that hardly anyone reads? Well, I guess I decided I'd rather be an unpopular blogger. And so then I stopped trying to actually grow my blog and optimize it for increased traffic. I posted very infrequently, deleted a bunch of posts, stopped commenting on other people's blogs, and ended up completely deleting the blog a few times. Then I return thinking "Hey, where is all my traffic? Where did all my readers go?" Well, you idiot, you deleted your blog, what did you expect would happen? So, I completely screwed up my search engine optimization, where I think I even got completely delisted at one point, where none of my posts were even showing up in search engines for people to find them, and it's like I got blacklisted or something.

I didn't mind having an unpopular blog, but I still wanted a readership, at least a few real people reading my blog. But then I found out that most of my traffic isn't even real. Like this is not at all unique to me alone, but pretty much all blogs and websites, at least 50 percent of all web traffic is automated bots. Like if you see that you had 100 unique visitors today, at least half aren't even real people, they're bots. I mean I was aware of this, but I guess I didn't realize the magnitude of it. And then the really harsh reality sunk in, that maybe none of my readership is real, like maybe all of my web traffic is coming from automated bots. Like I'm sitting here pouring my heart out, thinking that I'm reaching real people, but all along it's actually all nonhuman, or at least 99 percent of it is.

Talk about a painful slap in the face.

It's a strange situation to be in: I'm conflicted between wanting to be read, and not wanting to be famous. That's pretty much the main obstacle to this blogs success. That and a lack of a clearly defined goal. You know, what is the purpose of this blog, beyond being read? What am I trying to achieve here?

Well, for me, it's mostly writing practice. I write about whatever I feel like. So, I'm all over the place. Lately I've been posting videos, and writing a commentary to it. I like that format. Posting a picture, a clip, or an excerpt from a book, or article, and following it up with commentary. I think it works, and I will do more of them. But I think I need a clearer focus. I need to come up with a game plan, and a mission statement of why I'm doing this and what I expect to get out of it.

It's not just about being read, it's about having something to say that's actually worth reading, something of real value, something that is healthy, helpful, and mentally enriching. And it helps if it's focused around a central theme, not scattered all over the place. So once I can figure out my master plan of how to actualize this, then maybe this blog will become a stock worth buying.

Mass Migration as an Act of War

If you want to know what's really going on at the US Southern Border, watch these two videos:

Source: https://www.muckraker.com/articles/darien-gap-mass-migration-pipeline-exposed/
Original Title: Inside the DariƩn Gap | AGENDA 2030 MASS MIGRATION AGENDA EXPOSED | Muckraker Report

Summary: Illegal immigration coming through the Southern border of the United States, is not just originating from Latin America, but is coming from more than 100 different countries around the world, including places as faraway as Africa, China, and the Middle East.

The entry point is Quito, Ecuador, because of relaxed entry requirements. From there they travel northward through the Darien Gap, Panama, where they proceed to make there way to the US. They are assisted by various International Organizations, such as The International Organization for Migration (UNITED NATIONS), Red Cross, and UNICEF, where they are given care packages, maps, shelter, transportation, and tips on how to cross illegally into the United States.

This is not just a natural immigration pattern of poverty stricken people seeking a better life, but is a strategically coordinated and internationally funded agenda as described in "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" and "Migration and the 2030 agenda". These immigrants are being used as agents of cultural revolution, which has a stated goal of a billion immigrants entering the US by 2030, for the purpose of radically changing the United States demographics, into a population more sympathetic to the implementation of a socialistic one world government.

Comments: The key point in this second video is the observation that a large percentage of these immigrants are military age males, hiding under the cover of political refugee and asylum seeker status, some of which are connected to organized crime and terrorism, and who actually may have been recruited to be an invading army, just awaiting orders to be armed and activated.

Also, it has been observed that 80,000 Chinese Nationals have illegally entered the US since 2020, and that some have been identified as being members of the Chinese Communist Party, secret police and paramilitary forces. Whether this is true, I don't know, but if it were, then obviously this is how they'd do it.  They did stuff like this during the Bolshevik Revolution, where they shipped in a foreign army of the most violent psychopathic and bloodthirsty terrorists, posing as communist revolutionaries, whose real purpose was to massacre, terrorize, and replace the local population.

But the key insight I have about this is that if 70 percent of the American population is projected to die off by 2030 from the Covid-19 biowarfare vaccines, then obviously there's going to be a lot of room for new people to move in. What better opportunity for a foreign power intent on imperialistic conquest, then a massive die off event, followed by a billion new immigrants not loyal to the US Constitution, and who are more susceptible to Communist brainwashing and propaganda techniques?

All the Billionaires are Probably Evil

 When I saw this:

I thought of this:

Comments: Could it be that Oprah Winfrey herself, the once trashy daytime talk show host, and self-help book guru promoter, is actually the African American version of Ghislaine Maxwell, a sex trafficking handler for the satanic elite?

Yeah, probably.

Introducing 1970s Japanese Jazz

I've only recently had the pleasure of discovering this awesome genre of music, and thought I would put together a list, sharing with you the power and magical mystery and spiritually uplifting beauty of 1970s Japanese Jazz.

I love disco, but Japanese Jazz is at a whole other level. It's so cool, and so worth listening to, especially for those having an appreciation for progressive rock, jazz fusion, and funk, this is in my opinion some of the best music ever made.

So, just as a very brief introduction to the genre, here is a sampling of five awesome 1970s Japanese Jazz songs, plus a bonus song, personally handpicked by me, your humble host of Effortless Flow, the blog that sadly apparently no one reads.

1) Ryo Fukui - Early Summer (1976)

2) Hiroshi Suzuki - Shrimp Dance (1975)

3) Jiro Inagaki & Soul Media - Breeze (1975)

4) Ryo Kawasaki - The Breeze and I (1976)

5) Hiromasa Suzuki - Scramble (1976)

(Bonus Song) Funk No.1 - TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI

This one is technically not from the 1970s, but these women are so awesome, are so profoundly talented, that I would be remiss not to mention them. In fact, I have never been so impressed with an all female band as I am with them, and I can honestly say that these women embody the spirit of 1970s Japanese Jazz better than most. Especially noteworthy is the fact that they are probably young enough to be the granddaughters of the pioneers of this genre. How mind blowing is that?

Sound of Freedom Film: Potential Red Flags

Last month I posted a video clip of an interview of Jim Caviezel with Steve Bannon, promoting his new film Sound of Freedom, about the sex trafficking and organ harvesting of children. I'm not really a fan of Bannon, but I thought he gave a very fair and levelheaded interview.

Anyway, I didn't realize at the time that there are some legitimate red flags concerning that film, suggesting it may not be what it seems, that it may actually be a smokescreen to misdirect and to obfuscate the truth, and having some other ulterior motive then to actually stop sex trafficking.

1) It's a very complicated subject, but some of the red flags are that Tim Ballard, the real life agent played by Jim Caviezel in this film, is a Freemason. And why is that important? Well, apparently the Freemasons are promoting some microchip implant tracking system, you know marketed as a way to track your kids, in case they get kidnapped, they'd be able to find them through GPS. And what better way to convince people to get chipped then by watching a movie that will make them fearful of being kidnapped or organ harvested?

What if the intention is not to stop trafficking at all, but really it's for some other reason, such as to push this microchip implant, to increase control and acquiescence to this no escape total surveillance system, because once you get chipped, you're tracked for life. Ever feel like dropping out and going to live in a cabin in the middle of the woods in Alaska, well if you're chipped they'll still be able to find you, because maybe you owe taxes, or maybe you didn't pay for a permit to live where you built this cabin, or to fish, or to raise chickens, or to chop down trees for wood, or to pay your carbon tax on those wood stove emissions, etc. etc.

This movie could be like a covert advertisement for the chip, similar to what I proposed in my "Fake News, Real Commercials", which was mostly about the manipulation of news, but could just as easily apply to other forms of media, such as television, movies, and music. You know the idea that a movie isn't just made simply to entertain or to make money, but maybe it's actually selling some idea, you know pushing an agenda, and not necessarily a naturally occurring one, but something that some think tank of strategists masterminded and then sold to Hollywood to put in their film, not even necessarily as the main story line, but a theme running in the background, you know like maybe subtly promoting transgenderism or something.

2) The second red flag is who is funding the film? Who is funding the film? I'm sure the answer is out there, somewhere, and once you find it, you'll know that something doesn't quite add up. It's suspicious.

3) The third red flag, Jim Caviezel is a Catholic, pictured meeting the pope, bowing down to him, holding his hand, and yet no comments, no outrage from Jim about the extensive pedophilia in the Catholic church, the abuse of orphans at the hands of Catholic and Jesuit missionaries, which is totally connected to trafficking, and is totally being covered up, and is widespread and ongoing. And that's the thing, this movie Sound of Freedom, which I haven't yet seen so I could be missing something, but from what I understand it seems to be focusing only on the trafficking of children from Latin America, it doesn't talk about the fact that it's not just poor indigenous children in third world countries, it's happening right here too, and to overlook the rampant pedophilia of the church, and the exploitation of children in Catholic and Jesuit orphanages and missionaries around the world, seems a bit suspect. I mean okay, the movie is just about this one aspect of it, but the fact that these other things are not brought up in interviews seems like a red flag to me.

4) Anyway, I haven't seen Sound of Freedom yet, because I don't go to movie theaters anymore, but as soon it's available for streaming, I'm definitely going to see it, but am now somewhat suspicious of its motives. Even that Jim Caviezel, I've seen so many interviews of him now, and it's like when I posted this clip, it was the first interview I saw about this film, and I thought it was great, but now I've seen literally dozens of interviews, and it's like he's saying the same thing in everyone, like word for word it's the same, like this guy is an actor, he could easily be reading a script for these interviews, you know it's just a little fake after awhile. And of course there is the adrenochrome angle and the association with QAnon (For more info see: this and this and this one is very disturbing so read at your own risk) which could be a disservice to people taking this film seriously. But of course as a fan of David Icke for over twenty years now, I'm pretty open minded to these things, so personally I find it completely possible that there are malevolent extraterrestrials living among us who feast on trauma induced human blood. Not saying I know it to be true, but I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility of it being true either.

Still, regardless of what anybody else says about it, even if there are negative ulterior motives to it, as far as I'm concerned the film still has value, because it raises awareness to the reality of child sex trafficking and organ harvesting, and most importantly it also purports to expose deep levels of government corruption and complicity in crimes against humanity, suggesting that all three letter agencies are in on it, at least on a need to know basis. But the problem is how do you prove that? Because you don't. You can't. Any legitimate investigation gets shot down, and key people always seem to end up dying by car accident or plane crash or suicide or the forever untraceable oldest trick in the book death by heart attack. So, where does it leave us then? You find out about something so evil, so terrible, that's almost impossible to believe, and yet it's real, and it's happening, and your government is allowing it to happen, and they are in on it, and yet, there's nothing you can do about it. So, fuck you, right. They are exposing the truth, but also at the same time they are exposing that you are powerless to stop it.

Well, I found this clip below that sheds some more light on it. It's a totally different perspective, and I'm not sure if I agree with everything this guy says, but it's interesting.

Mirrors and the Power to Reflect the Invisible

I made an interesting observation last night. I have this mirror on my bathroom door, which when the door is open, and you are in the right position in relation to it, you can see the mirror reflection of the bathroom wall mirror in the door mirror, creating a mirror within a mirror effect. I learned that this phenomenon is referred to as the Droste effect.

Example of Droste effect:

Random image found on Google

So, in my case, I could see a reflection of myself from a distance in the mirror on my door, reflecting off the mirror in the bathroom, which created a Droste effect of myself, showing a mirror within a mirror within a mirror, where the smallest mirror reflection of myself appears very far away. Where maybe instead of 10 feet away, it appeared as if were actually 20 or 30 feet away, which is not really possible, because my room is something like only ten feet wide, so of course it's an optical illusion.

But this made me think of telescopes and microscopes, how mirrors are used to amplify and to magnify distance, to make faraway objects appear close, and to make smaller objects appear larger.

Okay, not a revolutionary insight, but the second thought that occurred to me is that how just as mirrors are used not only to reflect an image, but to amplify an image that is either too small or too far away to see, this technology could perhaps also be extended to the realm of magical divination.

So yeah, that's the insight, that while a mirror has real tangible scientific utility in being able to amplify our sense of sight, and to extend our range of vision, it seems also likely that it could perhaps be utilized in such a way that enables one to see into another dimension of reality, such as that indicated in mythological folklore, regarding scrying with magic mirrors and crystal balls, which is really just a spherical 3 dimensional mirror.

So although this observation has been made long before in a mythological context, that of using mirrors for divinatory purposes, the fact is it's actually a very logical association to make, in light of the fact that mirrors do have the power to amplify our senses, to see that which otherwise would remain invisible.

Example of magic mirror:

The Top Five Disco Songs of All Time

Now for something lighthearted and fun.

After all there's only so much contemplation of illuminati death cults and the end of the world one can take. Yes, I am still alive and well, though struggling somewhat with a mysterious ten pound weight gain, poor quality sleep, and recurring thoughts of impending doom.

So, today we will take a break and enjoy some good music.

It's true that disco is not for everyone. It seems to be something that people either love or hate. It's funny because my parents were of the disco era and hated it. They were more into Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. I was born during the disco era, but too young to remember it, and probably never heard it growing up, but years later, when I finally did discover it, I loved it, always have.

Last night I found this list of the 37 best disco songs of all time, and I listened to every single song, with headphones, and picked out what I personally feel to be the best of the best, the top five disco songs of all time. There will be no Bee Gees or Barry White on my list. And sorry, no Blondie this time. But these five songs are solid gold. Listen to them in order, from five to one. I spent a lot of time deciding the order, and what goes together for DJ quality of blending, saving what I feel to be the best for last: Donna Summer, the epitome of disco, the mother goddess of electronic and techno house music, and arguably the best disco song of all time. Enjoy!

5) Le Freak, Chic

4) Thousand Finger Man, Candido

3) Love Hangover, Diana Ross

2) Brazilian Love Affair, George Duke

1) I Feel Love, Donna Summer

RED PILL 1 (MediaGiant)

https://www.bitchute.com/video/iWELx7nFPEAu/

Comments:

I've been watching this series at night before going to bed. It's very interesting, thought provoking pieces of conspiracy theory mixed in with indisputable fact, it's reality meets fake news, colliding together to form this huge red pill wake up call that will likely get your name on a certain list.

Some people won't listen though. Believe me I tried. They are bored by it. Clips of political talking heads, BORING, but you've got to listen really closely, because you could say that what is happening here is that these clips are revealing glitches in the matrix, unintentional slips of the tongue, that if it weren't for these clips being archived, they would be long forgotten.

P.S. I'm too tired to form a new blog right now, so I will post here awhile longer.

Some Hard Rock Blues for the Hard Times Ahead

I first heard this song at least 30 years ago, but I never really payed much attention to the lyrics until now. It's really funny, because it's like highly relevant to my current situation. Should I leave Arizona, or should I stay? That is currently the most important question of the day. I knew that the Mormons would screw me. I kind of knew that, because I worked for a Mormon company, even though I knew they were a fucking Satanic cult, and yet I had high hopes that they were in fact in actuality good people, you know clean cut, don't smoke, don't drink, extremely trustworthy, and conscientious, but unfortunately, as I've found from personal experience, that much like the Jews, and much like the Communists, they are in fact, collectively as a people, what I would classify as being extremely hive-minded, status quo thinkers, that just follow orders, and don't really care about doing the right thing, because it's like, you know, above their pay grade.

Anyway, this is a fun song, and I think I'm going to try to learn how to play it on my ukulele.

Original Title: MUSIC BREAK: ONE BOURBON, ONE SCOTCH, ONE BEER (THE HOUSE RENT BLUES)

The Truth in Plain Sight

This is a video that I guess you could classify as being dark comedy, but there is actually a deep metaphysical truth to this. Yeah, despite being a secular humanist for most of my life, I've lately been reading the Bible, because being an extremely intuitive person, I sense that the gates of hell have been opened. I can't articulate it clearly right now, and I know it sounds crazy, but I think maybe if you want to trace the source of this madness that has been unleashed upon our world, you need to look at what's been going on at CERN. I think the mad scientists have finally succeeded in opening up Pandora's box.

Twitter's Blue Check Army of Bots and Trolls

You know I've had this idea of making a link blog several times now, and each and every time I end up abandoning it, realizing it to be a bad idea. Recently, after another such failed experiment, where I had this idea of creating a separate category for it here, I decided instead to create a Twitter account, just for that purpose, for posting links to stuff I find interesting.

Well, I didn't tell anybody about it. Never posted about it here. So I have 0 followers and am following 0 people.  So this is what happened. I start putting up links, and before you know it, about three hours had passed. Okay, I realized I could end up wasting a lot of time doing this, and for what? Not only would this not be a very constructive use of my time, it also seems like it could encourage the development of obsessive compulsive disorder. And that's the last thing I need.

Then I noticed I had a comment on one of my posts. I had shared a link to a conspiracy theory documentary. And apparently the person left some comment criticizing it.  So I pay a visit to to their profile and see that their entire Twitter page exists solely for the purpose of bashing and debunking the credibility of the subject of this conspiracy theory video I shared.  I'm like, hmmm. That's weird, does this person work for the Ministry of Truth, or something?

They've got this Twitter account where they seem to spend all their time on it searching for other Twitter posts talking about or sharing links about this conspiracy theory in a positive light, ultimately so that they can leave a nasty comment, or incite some sort of argument about it, and then post about it on their own Twitter feed, about how stupid these people are for believing it.

I guess this is what they call a troll. Or a shill. Or a paid and sometimes unpaid disinformation agent, or possibly an automated robot employed on the payroll of the Ministry of Truth, Thought Police, and Agent Provocateurs, LLC, or something.

I'm like, I don't need this. I know that no matter how good you are at researching, fact checking, and debating, even if you are right there are some topics in which you are never going to win the argument.  Especially if you are dealing with disinformation agents, whether they be real human beings, or automated robots, they are programmed in one direction only, and that's to destroy and to debunk, to discredit and to attack. That's all they do. They are not concerned with the truth. The truth is not even an element in their equation. So it's best to not even engage in a dialogue with them.

Yeah, Twitter has its place. Sometimes if there is some kind of an incident going on, like a natural disaster, it's often the only place you're going to find real time updates about it from actual people on the scene. But for the most part I find it to be an extremely toxic environment, not just because of the bots and the trolls, but because of the amount of time and energy a person can easily lose by getting sucked into it, it just doesn't seem worth it.

I also extremely dislike Elon Musk, you know who now owns Twitter.

I don't think he's a good guy at all. I may not be super intelligent, but what I am is super intuitive. That's my power. I know things. I may not be able to tell you exactly how or why, but you'll just have to trust me on this. And my intuition is telling me that this guy is up to something no good, something nefarious. Also, as someone who tests as an INTJ, I find it extremely annoying that this guy is often credited as being an INTJ, because I'm like there is no way this guy is an INTJ. This guy is a grifter, a front man for the NWO, and Twitter, rather than fueling a renaissance in free speech, is actually being repurposed to achieve the exact opposite of that. And I think it all starts with that blue check verification system.

He's trying to sell his blue check identity verification system to combat bots and troll armies. But I think what it's really about is controlling people, with more censorship, and getting more and more people to adopt a digital ID card, which will eventually lead to an all digital currency, and social credit scores, which probably at a later time will be completely integrated into Twitter itself.

You know being able to share information anonymously, to have a blog, or website, or even a Twitter page not publicly linked to your full name and date of birth and driver's license and social security number and where you live and where you work and who you are related to, makes it possible to share information that could otherwise potentially get you killed, get you fired, arrested, or evicted. You know mostly I'm talking about whistleblowers and journalists posting about sensitive topics, but it's also helpful in protecting the rights of regular people by maintaining the freedom to publicly criticize their governments, or to voice an opinion in which their government is trying to censor. If they do so on Twitter with a verified account, it would make it much easier for their government or authorities to track down exactly who they are and where they live and to take actions to shut them down.

So anyway that's what I think that blue check Twitter system is all about, about increasing censorship and control, and not about actually combating fake accounts. Especially since many of the bots and trolls are actually on the governments payroll, which probably is occurring in all major countries, including the U.S. Also, it's possible they would be able to figure out a way to game the system, anyway, and figure out a way to get blue checks for the bots.

It's kind of like what happens when they ban guns. It usually ends up only hurting the regular law abiding people. The criminals still figure out a way to get the guns. Do you think they care if guns are illegal? An entire black market exists to sell unregistered firearms to criminals. And regular people are left completely at the mercy of a typically underfunded and inept police force with no way to protect themselves.

So I don't have any faith in that system. And so anyway, although I will continue to read a few select Twitter feeds, I myself want no part of it, so there will be no Twitter for me. If I want to share a link, I'll just incorporate it into a regular post.

My Reading and Fitness Goals for 2023

The year is coming to a close and this will probably be the last time I post this year. So thought I would give a few updates concerning my goals for the new year.

As always, two of the biggest priorities in my life have been maintaining good physical fitness, which means exercising consistently, and maintaining my steadfast devotion to lifelong learning, which means reading a lot of books.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, and working full-time from home for almost two and a half years now, I've been staying home a lot more and also reading a lot more, but at the same time I've definitely gotten slightly out of shape. This is probably because for years I've commuted year round on my bicycle, riding to and from work every single day, rain or shine, riding at least 50 miles a week for years. So just riding to and from work, gave me my 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise a day. But working from home it all stopped. I only road my bike maybe once or twice a week to run errands on my days off, and so even though I did some exercise, it wasn't nearly as much as before.

It's possible I had a bad case of Covid last year, because I had to stop exercising completely for a few months because I had an abnormally rapid heartbeat, difficulty swallowing, and shortness of breath. Was really sick for a week, lost ten pounds, when I was already borderline underweight, and thought I was going to die, where I could barely walk to the mailbox without my heart rate maxing out. Well, a year later, I feel healthier than ever, and determined to get not only back into shape, but to get into the best shape of my life.

Fitness

Ok, so I've always been naturally athletic, even as a kid I was usually one of the first kids picked in gym class, and so it is fair to say that I've rarely ever not been in shape. I never really had to work hard to get into shape, it just came effortlessly to me, but the difference this time is that instead of just maintaining my fitness, it is now my goal to take my fitness to a new level, to become significantly stronger than ever before. This will be done primarily with calisthenics: pushups, pullups, crunches, dips, squats, and burpees, along with running and longboarding.

My fitness routine will be more focused with specific goals that are more challenging. Before, I used to work out just enough to maintain a decent level of fitness, but without actually getting any stronger. Well, now, I decided I need to get stronger, my upper body strength sucks! I've been neglecting my chest and abs for years and it is finally time I do something about it.

Like, for instance, this month I've been doing 100 pushups everyday. When I first started I could barely do one pushup, now I can do 10 perfect form pushups, and 20 not so perfect. Doing 100 pushups is actually easier than I thought it would be. You just break it up into sets, and space it out throughout the day. I've been doing it everyday, even though I was under the belief that it is not good to do pushups everyday, but guess what, it's okay to do so for at least a short-term basis without hurting yourself. It was really about getting into a routine and building up discipline, and in this short time, I feel noticeably stronger. I thought about doing a before and after picture of myself, but then I realized I usually regret posting pictures of myself, so it's not necessary, but I will say that there is an improvement, my shoulders are more pronounced, my chest is slightly wider, my belly flab is not quite as pronounced. It's a small improvement but it's noticeable. And that's just in a month, maybe in a year I will look like an Olympian.

One thing I will add is that I found it best to do regular pushups, as opposed to wall pushups, or knee pushups, aka "girl pushups", and if you can't do a perfect form pushup, then you just don't go down all the way, I call them mini-pushups, and you will gain strength, and as time goes by your form will improve and you will be able to go down all the way within a few weeks.

The month of December I've been focusing almost exclusively on doing pushups, but for January, instead of doing pushups everyday, I'm going to only do pushups four days a week, but increase the reps, from 100 to maybe 150, which will probably be 50 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon, and 50 at night, with added rest days, and additional challenges, like 100 triceps dips, 100 crunches, 100 squats, etc.

So the focus will be in getting stronger with measurable documentation of progress.

Reading

As far as reading, I will continue consistently reading, but with the added difference of it being more focused reading, picking a subject and reading several books on the subject, before moving on to another subject.

In the past, even though I was an avid reader, you could also say that I had scattered reading habits. Back in the days before I had a Kindle, and when I was on a more frugal budget, most of the books I read were whatever I happened to stumble upon at the public library that caught my eye. So I was all over the place. Which is fine to some degree, it's good to diversify your reading, to read widely, both fiction and non-fiction, to become knowledgeable on many subjects. But the thing is that if you really want to achieve mastery of something you need to learn a lot about it, which means reading many books on whatever subject you want to master. Whereas if you read 20 books, all on different subjects, while you may know a little bit on many subjects, you won't really know a lot about one subject.

So that's the difference now, I'm trying to become more focused in my reading habits. To read many books on one subject, before moving on to another subject, unless of course I discover the subject to be excruciatingly boring, in which case it's best to move on. And now that I have an ebook reader, I have access to more books than ever before, and can pretty much read anything I want to either for free, or at a major discounted price compared to the hard copy version.

***

Currently I'm interested in learning about the Jews and the State of Israel. And so probably the next twenty books or so I read will be on that subject. And no, I am not an anti-Semite, even though some of the books I read may be interpreted by some to fall into that category. Even if I were Jewish, and I learned that there are books written that accuse the Jews of having committed great acts of evil, I would want to know about it, to find out if it's true, because I am interested in knowing the truth, no matter how unpleasant or disturbing it may be.

Are Jews not interested in knowing the truth, if it makes them look bad as a people? That seems to be the case in my experience. It almost seems like the word anti-Semite is a word used to shut people up, and to avoid facing a disturbing issue that they don't want people to think about or to know about, even though it is true. Because that is I think the real issue at hand, is it true, is it anti-Semitic if it's true, is it not true simply because it could be interpreted as being anti-Semitic?

That seems really dumb, or a form of Orwellian doublespeak.

And if it's true, why would a Jew not want to know about it, and do something about it, to speak out against it, if what is spoken of is evil, and morally wrong? When a person says something offensive about the Jews, why do all Jews take offense, and consider it a personal attack?

You know, I'm white, if you point out evil things committed by white people, I don't feel offended by it, because you know, it wasn't me. Same thing for my nationality, I'm American, if people in other countries criticize America, I don't feel personally offended by it, especially since most people that criticize America, are talking more about the military, big corporations, and politics, not the average person on the street.  But the Jews are different. If a person commits a crime, or does something terribly evil, and you mention that they are a Jew, and you notice a pattern, of many Jews being involved in it, such as Ponzi schemes, pornography, price gouging, and usury, suddenly you'd think you've waged war on them all, when that is clearly not what you said or what you meant.

So, anyway, I find this topic extremely fascinating, and it is currently what I am reading about. Other topics I plan to read about are transhumanism, transgenderism, and the ways that humans are being intentionally dumbed down and poisoned by people who may or may not be in a certain cult that goes by a name that begins with the letter J.
