I remember a few years ago, as in probably ten years ago, I made some post here, which is not available anymore, about a visualization exercise I mentioned about projecting my consciousness into outer space and then looking back at the earth from that perspective.
It's a good exercise. I do it all the time. But when you are really good at it you can actually visualize being there, as in literally hovering above the earth and observing it from a distance, but obviously when I write about the experience, I'm not there anymore, I'm writing from memory, because when you are astral projecting you can't write.
But when you are up there, you can see clearly, and not just in a physical way, but your thoughts and perceptions about the world, everything is very lucid.
You can see the earth physically and you can also see the state of affairs governing the planet, culturally, politically, and economically, how the people are like cattle being kept on a farm and raised for slaughter. It's a slow kill, that's how come people don't notice it.
It's like a frog being boiled alive, slowly and gradually over the period of several years, like a slow simmering stew. For the frog, it's like soaking in a hot spring, which at first appears to be comforting and relaxing, a soothing retreat from the troubles of the world, until at some point, the water comes to a boil, and it's too late to escape, such is the predicament of life on earth.
But rest assured, all hope is not lost. This is the predicament, but it doesn't mean it's inevitable for everyone.
